Can we mix products, colors, sizes, and men's or women's items?
Yes. Eligible products can be mixed within one order, and the discount tier is based on the complete item count.
How is the group discount calculated?
The discount is calculated from the original retail price. Existing sale prices and additional discount codes cannot be combined with it.
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping is quoted separately after the products, quantities, and destination are confirmed with a logistics provider.
Are duties and taxes included?
This depends on the available logistics route and the option selected by the customer. The sales team explains the available choices before payment.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
For products that are not discontinued, we share an estimated restock time when available so you can wait, replace the item, or adjust the order.
Can I request a sample?
Samples may be arranged through a manually created special order. Sample price and shipping are confirmed separately, and sample costs are not credited toward the final group order.
Which destinations are supported?
