• All e-Gift Card purchases are final sales, non-reloadable (by the customer), and non-refundable.
• The Gift Cards are only accepted for santic.com.
• When processing returns or refunds, please note that if you used our e-gift card, we are unable to provide a monetary refund equivalent to the card value.
• E- Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Why can't my discount code be used?
Our clearance products come with pre-set final prices — the price you see is the price you pay. This means that promo codes from any channel (sitewide, Email, influencer, affiliate, or coupon codes) cannot be applied to these clearance items.

How can I tell if the product I purchased is a clearance item?
If there is a red "Black Friday" label next to the product price, then that product is a clearance item.

What should I do if the clearance item I purchased doesn’t fit?
If the size you want to exchange for is still in stock, we can arrange an exchange for you. If the product is already sold out, we’re unable to process an exchange because clearance items have limited inventory — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
If you need to return the item due to sizing issues, the refund can only be issued as store credit. We fully cover returns caused by quality issues. That’s why we recommend checking the size chart carefully and considering sizing up by one size before placing your order.
