• Get Return Address: As an international cycling apparel and footwear brand with different sales regions, ensure you receive the correct return address and successful return or exchange please contact our customer service team.
• Packaging and Shipping: Properly package the item(s) you wish to return and send them via your local post office or another courier service.
• Processing Time: We will process your return or exchange request within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds and Store Credit: Refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method, or you may choose to receive 100% store credit. The processing time is typically 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges

• Santic Error: If we make a mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
• Customer Choice: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
2) Exchange Shipping Fees:
• Customer Responsibility: Customers pay the return shipping for the original product.
• Santic Responsibility: We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

• Shipping costs incurred after dispatch remain non-refundable, even for returned orders.
• Do Not Return to the Package Address: Returns sent to the original package address cannot be processed. Please contact us to get the correct return address.
4. Product Condition Requirements
• Inspecting Products: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
• Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include the original tags and packaging. Hygiene stickers must remain intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return.

• Products missing accompanying cycling shoe accessories are not eligible for return.
