1.Will my rewards expire?
Our points will expire on December 31st each year and reset to 0 point. We will send notifications every December to remind customers to redeem their points.

2.What happens to points if I return all or part of my order?
When you initiate a refund due to personal reasons, your points will not be refunded to you. If it is due to product quality issues or other issues, please contact our customer service, and your points will be refunded to you.

1.How do I earn points?
There are two option earning our points. First, You'll earn points on eligible full-price purchases from our Online Store. Second, you can follow our social media. The points are linked to your email and account, so be sure you're logged in using the correct email.

2.Can I get Santic Points for buying on a store?
No. Santic Points, are only earned if you buy any product on our santic.com

3.When Santic Points show up?
You will see your points when the order is fully paid, and it will show on your account when you log in to our member page.

What can I do with my Santic Points?
Your points can be redeem to the corresponding cash vouchers. After you reedem your points, you'll receive a coupon code that you can use to buy any products on our website.
