Returns & Exchange & Refund Policy

If our products do not meet your expectations and would like to exchange or return because of some reasons, please see the below detailed and allow us to process within 30 days for your return or exchange.
 

Return Policy

  • We only accept items purchased from santic.com.If you purchase from our local distributors or other retailers, you cannot return them.
  • Final sales items or free gifts are not unacceptably for a return.
  • Return item must be in the original packaging, unwashed, unused, with original labels, with purchase receipt and not affect our resell when we receive it.
  • We only accept faulty goods that have suffered a manufacturing fault. After receiving and checking, we will give a full refund (excludes shipping) to the original card used to purchase within 14 days. If you have any problems regarding the return process, please contact us service@santic.com
  • Return item will be accepted within 30 days when is the date of receiving the goods.
  • We do not accept items that have the wrong size, color dislike, style what you select so please check our size chart or contact us service@santic.com if you are not sure of your size before you make a final purchasing decision.
