• What should I do if the clearance item I purchased doesn’t fit?If the size you want to exchange for is still in stock, we can arrange an exchange for you. If the product is already sold out, we’re unable to process an exchange because clearance items have limited inventory — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
  If you need to return the item due to sizing issues, the refund can only be issued as store credit. We fully cover returns caused by quality issues. That’s why we recommend checking the size chart carefully and considering sizing up by one size before placing your order.
