Measurement Guide:

STEP 1: LENGTH MEASUREMENT
· Place a piece of paper on a flat surface against a wall.
· Stand barefoot on the paper with a 1mm gap between your heel and the wall.
· Firmly plant your foot and roll your weight forward onto the forefoot, lifting your heel slightly.
· Measure from the wall edge of the paper to your longest toe.
· Record the length.

STEP 2: WIDTH MEASUREMENT
· With your foot still in place, mark the widest points of the inner and outer edges of your feet.
· Measure the width across the widest part of your foot and record the number in millimeters.

Measurement Guide:

1. CHEST - Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure it is horizontal.

2. WAIST - Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

3. HIPS - Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
